Jeff Aug

Jeff Aug ist ein cooler underground Gitarrist aus Washington, D.C. 

Seit 2002 ist er außerdem Gitarrist von ANNE CLARK sowie APE SHIFTER und tourte bereits mit Allan Holdsworth, Soft Machine, Alex Skolnick, Carl Verheyen, Scott Henderson, Greg Howe, Albert Lee, u.a. 

Jeff spielte mit seiner alten Band Shows mit Jawbox, Ice-T & Bodycount und Shudder To Think. Er arbeitete weiterhin mit John Stabb von Government Issue, ist fortwährend seit über 20 Jahren immer noch mit Anne Clark auf Tour und im Studio und seit über 30 Jahren solo auf Tour.  

Jeff Aug ist zu hören auf dem Atari Teenage Riot Album „Is This Hyperreal?“ und ist auch Guinness(TM) Weltrekordhalter für “die meisten Konzerte gespielt in verschiedenen Ländern innerhalb von 24 Stunden.” 

Während des 2. Lockdowns der Pandemie schrieb und illustrierte Jeff zwei Kinderbücher, die weltweit über Amazon erhältlich sind.

Er hatte ein #1 verkauftes Album in den iTunes Acoustic Music Charts in den USA und leitet außerdem das Instrumental-Rock-Outfit Ape Shifter.

He has also been the guitarist for ANNE CLARK and APE SHIFTER since 2002 and has toured with Allan Holdsworth, Soft Machine, Alex Skolnick, Carl Verheyen, Scott Henderson, Greg Howe, Albert Lee, and others. 

Jeff played shows with his old band with Jawbox, Ice-T & Bodycount and Shudder To Think. He has continued to work with John Stabb of Government Issue, still touring and in the studio with Anne Clark for over 20 years, and touring solo for over 30 years.  

Jeff Aug can be heard on the Atari Teenage Riot album “Is This Hyperreal?” and is also the Guinness(TM) World Record Holder for “most concerts played in different countries in 24 hours.”
