Refunds and Returns Policy


Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that the tickets are non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care articles

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • CD, DVD, software, cassette or record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing that are not due to our fault.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.

Sales item

Refunds can only be made for items at the regular price. Items that are sold out cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you ordered the wrong size please contact us first to see if we have another size available.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping back will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive varies depending on where you live and the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you’re returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
